How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email returns@bvmall.global or call +1 (888) 282-6255 with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Receive RMA: We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions within 1-2 business days.
  3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the RMA number on the outer label.
  4. Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.
