Not Eligible for Return
- Opened or partially used dietary supplements (unless defective)
- Products returned after 30 days from delivery date
- Products without original packaging or with removed labels
- Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page
- Gift cards or digital products
Health & Safety Notice: Due to health and safety regulations, opened dietary supplements, food products, and personal care items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or the wrong item was sent. This policy complies with FDA regulations for dietary supplements.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Email returns@bvmall.global or call +1 (888) 282-6255 with your order number and reason for return.
- Receive RMA: We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions within 1-2 business days.
- Ship the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the RMA number on the outer label.
- Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.

- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Credit card refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- PV (Point Value) credits earned from returned orders will be automatically deducted from your BV account.
Exchanges
- We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
- This ensures you receive the correct product as quickly as possible.
Third-Party Merchant Products
- Products sold by third-party merchants on BV Mall are subject to this same return policy unless the merchant's product listing specifies otherwise.
- Returns for third-party merchant products are coordinated through BV Mall customer support — do not ship returns directly to the merchant.
- Refunds for third-party merchant products may take an additional 3-5 business days to process.
California Consumer Rights
California residents have additional rights under the Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act and the California Civil Code. If a product has a manufacturer's warranty, California law may provide additional remedies beyond this return policy. For warranty claims, please contact us with your order details and a description of the issue.
Damaged or Missing Items
- Inspect your package upon delivery. If the outer packaging is visibly damaged, note this with the carrier and take photos before opening.
- Report damaged or missing items within 48 hours of delivery for fastest resolution.
- Claims reported after 7 days may not be eligible for carrier insurance coverage.
