Account & Login

How do I create an account?

BV Mall uses the Blue Vitae™ (BV) single sign-on system. To create an account, register at bluevitae.vip first, then log in to BV Mall with the same credentials.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

Since BV Mall uses BV system credentials, please reset your password at the BV member center. Once reset, you can use the new password to log in to BV Mall.

Can I use BV Mall without a BV account?

You can browse products without an account, but purchasing requires a registered BV account. This ensures PV rewards are properly credited to your membership.

Orders & Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and other methods displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed in USD.

How do I track my order?

After your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can also view order status and tracking in "My Orders" within your account.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Go to "My Orders," find the order, and click "Cancel Order." If the order has already shipped, you'll need to follow the return process after receiving it.

Why was my payment declined?

Common reasons include: insufficient funds, incorrect card details, bank security blocks on international transactions, or expired cards. Please contact your bank or try a different payment method.

PV Rewards

What is PV (Point Value)?

PV is a reward credit earned with qualifying purchases on BV Mall. PV accumulates and is periodically distributed to your BV member account for bonus calculations in the BV reward system.

How is PV calculated?

Each product displays its PV value on the product page. PV is based on the product's wholesale value and varies by product. Tax and shipping do not earn PV.

When does my PV get credited?

PV accumulates in your BV Mall PV Pool. When your accumulated PV reaches 100, it is automatically distributed to your BV member account for settlement processing.

Products & Quality

Are BV Mall products authentic?

Yes. All products on BV Mall are sourced directly from authorized distributors or brand manufacturers. We verify the authenticity and quality of all products before listing.

Do supplements have expiration dates?

Yes. All dietary supplements include expiration dates on the packaging. We ensure all products shipped have at least 6 months remaining before expiration.

Are products FDA approved?

Dietary supplements are not subject to FDA pre-market approval under the DSHEA (1994). However, all products comply with FDA manufacturing standards (cGMP) and labeling requirements. Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unopened products in original condition. See our full Return & Exchange Policy for details.

How long does a refund take?

After we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method. Credit card refunds may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear on your statement.
